In Costa Rica Higher Life Estates invests in Eco-consious ocean view luxury housing development projects designed for those who want to truly embrace the “Higher Life” and experience “Pura Vida” (True Life) first hand. Our projects are backed directly by the land and improvements and therefore provide us with confidence and security.
